It's a hoodie with thumb holes in the sleeves. It's fleece lined. I ordered large and it fits great for me but I've had other viper hoodie in XL that was absolutely massive so was expecting it to be a little bit bigger. It's a snug fit for me at 5.11 with a dad bod.Good value cheap motorbike hoodie. Would definitely recommend
